Try doing tricep push ups!
There is a link below for more information. If you just want to tone, just remember that you want more reps of lighter weight, rather than fewer reps of heavier weight. The latter would tend to bulk you up.

try dips, you need a chair
just put your hands on the chair and put your legs out straight infront of you, then slowly lower your body until your arms are at right angles approx, then push back up
