How much could I lose?


Question:
So Im 16. I weigh 143 to 144 on my good days, lol. Im 5"8 please do not tell me that i shouldnt lose weight or whatever, i will not pick you as the best answer if you try to say "help or whatever" okay anyways. i went down from 152.5 to 143 in about two months, its taking me forever to lose weight. my goal weight is 122.5. so this is what im thinking about doing. doing the master cleanse maybe idk yet. okay i excercise 30 to 60 minutes 4 to 6 days a week. and this is my diet :
1 cup special k cereal w/ 1/3 cup fatfree milk w/ 1 small banana for breakfast

a snack
a gronola bar pack or a hardbroiled egg w/ watermelon and some veggies

lunch
2 corn ears and watermelon and a yogurt

snack
some fruit

dinner
a lean cusine meal or a special k meal bar and something else

what do you think, i would like to lose about 1 pound a week, and be down to 122.5 by christmas!

This is a great idea ... and you sound like you're right on track.

and no, I don't think 122 is too low, I'm 14, 5'9'', 120lbs and I don't think I'm too slim.

The master cleanse isn't a such good idea though ... at our age it's too harsh and abrupt to our system. Also, since our bodies are still growing, we need lots of nourishment.

I definitely thing 122 can be reached by Christmas ... good luck!

well the way your nutrition sounds you sure are on your way to speed up the process a little throw in cardio at least 3 times a week for a half hour! i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks not even changing my diet just cardio and working out 5 days a week!
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit or healthy(being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). Too much of these thing will lead to a very unhealthy you.

When eating, help the digestive process. Take your time and chew your food 3 to 4 times longer than usually take ( break it down to almost a liquid). This will aid in the digestive process. Add fiber and substitute some daily choices like (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats) with organic selection. The organic foods do not contain the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.

Remove or reduce wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed food (junk foods, can foods, food in boxes, restaurants foods, fast foods, etc.).


Enjoy your life, exercise when ever you get the opportunity, go for a walk, jog, swim, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you.

This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
fruit is good for you but not too much when you are trying to lose weight it has high amounts of sugar so i would not have too much of it in a day also check out www.sparkspeople.com it is good they have loads of other tips that you can use, yeah i think you are eating way too many fruits looks like you have one every meal, try drinking more water as well,
you know how you said it taking you forever to loes it, well this is wht im doing not eating for 4 days striaght is not bad for your body like they say it cleanses your body out but to do this you have to have a mindset and really want to loes it, after tht do not pig out eat like soup and stuff tht isnt hard on your stomach, and then go back to reg food for like a week then do it again for bout 3 more days and you should be 20 pounds lighter im 10 pounds lighter and its been 8 days i have eating 4 3 days and b 4 then i didnt eat, good luck
