I'll hold them UP for nothing !!!
umm i dont know any exercises but plastic surgery!
Yes, let a plastic surgeon exercise his art on your breasts! It does wonders!
Ummm...yeah, ummm...good luck with that!

Really though, if you find out something that really works besides plastic surgery, I would like to know about it, because I have the same problem. I would love to be able to get these babies up where they belong!!
Push-ups and weight training (like bench presses). It'll tighten those muscles up and give you some extra lift and volume.
There are no exercises in the world that will lift your breasts. Your breasts are not muscles, they are adipose tissue (add-ih-pose), which means FAT tissue. You cannot "work out" fat tissue, only muscle tissue.

If you do, for example, pushups, you will work out the muscles surrounding the breasts (and that is a good thing!!) that might make the SMALLEST difference in your appearance, but there is nothing that will give them a good "lift" other than a breast lift by a qualified plastic surgeon.

No creams, no miracle pills, no miracle exercise. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar and looking to make a quick buck off of your hopes.

Ask any doctor and/or plastic surgeon if what I say is correct and they will back me up 100%. This is basic anatomy to those in the medical field.
