I lost 3 lbs. this week by watching my carb intake. I only have 20 grams carbs per day. For breakfast I eat protein such as eggs with bacon, or ham or sausage, hot tea with lemon. For lunch I'll have a small salad and add hardboiled eggs or ham, for dinner I'll have chicken and green beans or sliced cucumbers. I also do some aerobic exercise for 45 minutes every other morning and toning exercises for my arms and legs.

Does dancing burn a lot of calories?
