For the past two months I have been doing lots of situps and now I notice that my shoulders have broadened?


Question:
I want great abs, so for the past month or so I have been doing tons of situps. Only two days ago did I notice that my shoulders have considerably broadened. I'm only 15. Could the situps have somehow affected my shoulders, or does this have something to do with puberty? It's not only my shoulders also, its like my whole upper body. My biceps stayed the same, but basically its like my whole upper body.

maybe your shoulders didn't broaden, maybe your waist & tummy narrowed? It is possible. It would make your shoulders look more broad
either you're doing them wrong or you just lost your virginity and are having lots of sex
