I know you dont want to waste all your money on exercise machines and stuff so here are some exercise plans.. You can do at home:
**** Living Room ****
Run back and forward 50 times and then 50 times again when your ready.
**** Stairs ****
Run up and down the stairs 10 times may not seem much but trust me it is.
**** Whole house ****
Run around the WHOLE house 9 times including the rooms.
**** Anywhere ****
50 star jumps and then another 50 again when your ready.
Make sure you take rests in between.
And watch what you eat but do not DIET!!

5'3 and 120 pounds is right about where you should be.
it depends r u chubby??...skinny...or anorexcic or watever u spel tthat thing..im 13 and i am about 5"6 and i weigh like 117 lbs..my thighs r fat but stomach is kinda skinny, but i dont kno how much u should lose...maybe u could lose about 10 lbs and if it doesnt work maybe 10 more..

eat pleant of veggies. and fruit too. eat subs, turkey, roast beef, NO RED MEAT!! eat salads and chicken too, for your protein.

you should weigh around 100 to like 130 i think. but to exercise walk,jog,swim,bicycling, do chores like the dishes, vaccumm, and clean up ur room. if u can try to go to a gym. play sports like basketball or soccer.
How about you run outside instead, you dont have to turn around every 50 feet.
well for teen years, every inch is 5 lbs. so if your 5'00", you should be 100. 5'1", 105 lbs.
So you should probably be... 115 maybe bc your so tall. Or 110.
your 11 years old right now your body is getting ready for puberty if you havent alreeady had your umm period. 120 is within the desirable body fat category for a girl your age you shouldnt loose more than maybe 5-10 pounds if you want to stay healthy but then again thats not exactly right for you im just going off the general weight for girls. anyways your too young to be caring about that kinda thing anyways get out there and have some icecream and live your childhood afterall your metabolism is always good when your a kid but remember to get out and play soccer or whatever sport your into keep you toned you know lol thats good weight

You do exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it’s just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Don’t say you don’t have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but you’re worth it, right?
Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time. That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.

well it depends.its seems to be alot but if it is muscle then that is ok.i am pure muscle 5 foot 6 and i weigh107 pounds but i have a very small frame.so if u wanna lose weight then jus drink lots of water and exerciese
