Answers:
I never heard of Alli.is it perscription or o.t.c. ? If you are not going to eat fruit, maybe you should take a vitamin C also. I am taking Hoodia but have had to double the dose. So far it's okay.
you need to add a lot more fruit and vegetables to this diet, and I think you'll be doing ok
definetly not enough food
its good! trust me
You need to eat at least 3 smaller meals a day, this will keep your metabolism up and you can burn fat, if you starve yourself your body will go into shock and hoard fat. eat alot of protein and no fat, drink only water...
Eh, whatever floats your boat. I'd personally switch from regular to light dressing so I can add an apple or something to the meal, but I guess some things in life you cannot compromise.
Alli Gives Stomach pains and if you want to lose weight naturually then i suggest you do it with natural diet and excersize. Pills are a bad thing to do to your body. The more water you drink the better you feel! Water, water, water! I lost 35 pounds in 2 months playing basketball and drinking lots of water.
