I don't understand the question. Do you mean that you have lost weight, and that you would like to lose more, but your weight has been stuck at its present level for months?

If so, (and I'm hoping you NEED to lose more and aren't fixated on looking like a stick insect!), you need to step up your metabolism level so your body will burn off the excess pounds. At present, you are eating exactly the right amount of calories to maintain your body weight, so if you increase your physical activity level each day, you'll use up more calories and burn off more weight.

You can run, jog, cycle, walk, swim, go to the gym, whatever you enjoy doing. If you do half an hour of physical exercise each day and keep your food intake where it is now, you will start losing again. The equation is: food in = energy used.
When that's in balance, your weight stays the same. But if food in is less than energy used, you lose. If food in is more than energy used, you gain weight.

Please don't go overboard with the exercise - half an hour a day should see you start losing again. If you do too much exercise, you'll either injure yourself or you'll be too exhausted to do any at all!

are you lifting weights also or just dieting? Since muscle is heavier then fat if you lifting weights and build muscle your weight could stop comming off and go up.. remeber it doesn't matter how much you weigh its how much body fat you have!! If you look on ebay they have body fat analysers that will let you kow if your losing fat and gaining muscle or if your just not losing fat any more.

Hope this info helps.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
