WeIGHT QuestION??!?

Question:
i gain my weight mainly in my legs and since ive been seriously working out (eliptical/bike/running on treadmill) ive been gaining too much muscle mass there but the fat isnt going away either.

what do i do?

thanks for replies...

Answers:
that is surprising because although running/elipticals make your legs stronger. cardio typically burns fat greater than it strenghtens them, you might need to improve your diet or maybe something wrong? it is good that you are gaining muscle though
Go on a low fat diet, no sugar and drink only water.. no crappy soda either!!
eat fiber foods....no junk food for a month..there should be results...and do more running..
It is great that you are working out, but at this point, in order to get rid of fat eating a protein rich diet is important. Also, you should do some leg strengthening exercises. For example, squats, lunges, etc. This will help burn far, and will get your body away from what it's used to, which is cardio.
That happens to me too. The muscles come on before the fat goes off. Easy on the biking and treadmill, spend more time on the elliptical. That helps a little for me.
Well, you need to reduce your emphasis on exercise of the type that strengthens the legs, and increase upper body exercises.

I bet you are losing fat, but if you don't have before and after pics it's hard to tell for yourself. Anyone that hasn't seen you for a while will most likely notice though.
