How much do you think i'd lose if...?

so about 400 calories a day for 4 weeks.
i'm 5'3 140 pounds
just wondering, i know it's not very healthy.

you would probably lose about 15 lbs. that's obviously a guess because everybody's different. But you would have the most explosive gas and diarrhea. People would not want to be within 100 feet of you. Also all the acid could make you very sick, not to mention the canker sores you'll probably get in your mouth

but unless u have very stron will power it will be very difficult! if u wanna keep to 400 caljust eat wotever u want as long as it stays in tat rage at least it will be less boring than eating the same food everyday!

No, this is not very healthy, Soy milk has mixed reviews, you may want to be careful using this. Soy is ok, but it is processed which makes it a problem. The tomatoe soup from the can contain MSG, which is said to cause obesity. Visit www.stayinforme.info look for the msg article.
If you want to really loose weight and be healthy, you may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. You are having only 11200 calories in one month. Yes you are right it's unhealthy.
I woudl imagin if you ran 10 min a day, you lose around 175 calories. Depends on speed. you lose 2000 calories FROM JUST SLEEPING 10 Hours A DAY!
so you would be at 2175 calories burnt and you consume 400 calories, you will lose 1775 calories!
one pound = 3500 calories. so over the 4 weeks you will lose
49700 calories. you will lose 14.2 pounds!
on the usual 8 pounds you should lose a month.
If you are really thinking about doing this, DONT! You will gain this weight back so much faster then it comes on!
