There is no real "perfect" weight for a person. There are charts and tests that you can do, but they can be pretty inaccurate. Each person has a different structure. You can be big-boned, muscular, etc. Bone and muscles are significantly heavier than fat. 108-121 118-132 128-143 Remember what I said, these are not set numbers. The different sets are for small, medium, large frames respectively. I am assuming you're a girl, but if you're a guy, add maybe 10 pounds and it'll be about the same.
About 110 lbs.
