What is the best way to..?

Question:
tone up my thighs a little, an what is the easiest way to do it?

Answers:
Lunges and Squats are the best way.

Lunges: Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Step forward with your left foot. Bend your left knee and rest your hands on your left thigh. Lower your right knee towards the floor (Keeping your heel flat) Slowly pump up and down 10 times, then switch sides.

Squats: Stand with feet shoulder width apart and toes angled out slightly. Squat down with body straight, and as you do so bring arms out in front of you for balance. Squat down as low as a the height of a bench or low seat - your knees should be bent at about 90 degrees - so that you feel some pull in the front of your thighs. Return to starting position. Do 10 fast squats, followed by 10 slow ones, holding the position at the lowest point for 5 seconds.
walk
lie on your back and tighten up your abs and move your legs as though you're riding an invisible bike..
Do some exercises.Try jogging.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before... I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my flat stomach makes me feeling so great!

As with any excercise, it is important to get a good mixture of Cardio and Weight training. If you want to tone up your thighs, then doing cardio work such as cycling and swimming will really help tone and build your thighs whilst giving you a good cardio workout. One of the best things I think to do both these areas is the climbing machine.

With the weights, just use light weights and lots of reps and this will tone your muscles all over. If you want to specifically concentrate on your thighs, then lots of lunges and squats (hold light weights in your hands as you do these, and get the technique right) will really help tone up your legs. Also, whilst you are doing sit ups, alternate the crunches with sets of cycling your legs in the air with your back flat on the floor.

These are just a few ideas, your gym instructor can tell you loads more if you have one, or just research excercising on the internet for new ideas.

Hope this helps

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
I can't say it often enough... massage get a partner to rub and stroke your thighs but only working toward the heart never away from it. You will find over a period of time this method works, but no method will work overnight......
