How many pounds do you have to lose to take 2 inches off you waist?
Question:
Answers:
It will depend on ur own body structure in the past.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Quit asking the same question over and over again.
I have heard that every 10 pounds lost is 1 inch lost, but you are already a good weight. Do not try to lose more! If you do crunches and target your obliques, your problem will be solved. If you lose 20 pounds, you will weigh 95 pounds, so, please try what I have suggested! It is working for me.
In my personal experience, 10 lbs=1 inch on my waist. It may be different for other body types, but I am a ruler. See this site for info on body types:

However, your size and weight sounds ok as it is. Instead of focusing on losing inches, work on weight training and toning. The inches will melt off naturally. The book this quiz is an excerpt from is a great one for exercising properly for your particular body shape.
It's probably not going to be possible with diet - especially since you aren't overweight. Exercise and muscle toning is what will help you the most.
