Look Better?


Question:
Im not really 'overweight' (im 12, 5'0, and 99.0 pounds) but i'd like to just get in a little better shape. Do you have any suggestions? Expecially with school starting...very busy days. Any ways that I could get more excerise in & have like a more healthy breakfest./lunch even with school in the way? Thanks =]

I feel the same way. But I find having a little workout before you go to bed is best. Sit ups and crunches that work your stomach are best they work those muscles and works the best. 15- 30 minutes a night is great. And after a workout you get tired and its easier to fall asleep at night, so you also get a better nights sleep. I find it works best. Don't go on any diets because they are dangerous and often don't work. Good luck:)
Join a sports team. swimming is really good becasuse it woeks out and tones your entire body at once
You definetly dont need to lose weight, probalby just tone up. Even something as small as taking walks with ankle and wrist weights would help.
No one cares how a 12 year old looks...be worried when ur age 15/16+
start running for a least 30 mins each day

Yeah i know what it feels to be keep on exercise in life can be tiring.

So i change my daily foods from rice to cereals which is yummy & healthy.

My tricks is always the slimming cream fast & easy. The best things they helps to tone which ever area i want it small & let the others stay big.
