Tricep exercises that work in 3 weeks?

you can firm up your triceps with some weight work (kickbacks, extensions, dips) but if you want to get rid of the wavy flab you have to diet and do some cardio to burn it away..
To begin with, there is not such thing as spot reduction. For you to hve trim arms, the flab has to go with proper diet. As you lose weight toning will give you the lean strong arms you want. Try pilates... it has plenty of arm exercises while teaching you to use your core.
heres a good arm routine. do 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise. you can do this routine every 5 days or once a week. do the exercises in order. dont worry about getting big muscles. its not easy for women to build big muscles they dont have enough testosterone like men do.
1. standing barbell curls
2. seated dumbell curls
3. reverse grip barbell curls
4. overhead tricep extentions
5. kickbacks
If you do push ups with your hands closer together, that will really work the triceps. Also, I think dips (either on a pull up bar or a bench) are the best way to work the triceps. You can also try doing kickbacks with a dumbell.

Swimming is the best tricep exercise I know of.
