I need lose to some weight?

Don't look for a specific diet, just watch portion size and don't eat in between meals. Add that to a nice exercise routine and lbs will fly off.
seriously the best way to lose weight is drink a lot of water, and just eat healthy. Drinking water raises your metabolism 3% that's a lot. It also naturally detoxifies your body, not to mention can help clear your skin. Don't drink to excess and make sure to take a multi vitamin when cleaning out your system you also lose quite a bit of vitamins.
Ok, you may think this is silly, but I have long thought this would work. You can eat anything you want, as much as you want.. BUT it must be eaten with chopsticks only. For an added bonus, use your non dominant hand.

Of course if your asian and use them all the time this might not work. What worked wonders for me was getting my tonsills out. I lost a pound a day. But that is a very painful way to lose weight.

If you don't want a diet that's very restrictive than make your own. Search the internet and find the nutritional information of everything you want to eat. Manufactured goods will already have this, I'm talking about produce. As long as you're burning more calories than you're eating, you'll lose weight in no time,
to tell you the truth, diets never work in the long-run. its just a matter of eating a balanced diet and having a regular exercise routine.
