45 minutes of upperbody exercises
15 minutes abs
45 minutes of cardio-treadmill
45 minutes of lowerbody exercises
30 minutes of cardio-bike
15 minutes abs
Do not do this more than once every 4-6 weeks-it is very strenuous-and do not workout for at least 3 days after this workout-to give your body time to recover.
