Sorry i dont understand your question. But maybe your not doing enough exercise to burn off all the fat so thats why you've gained weight.

If you weigh 180 its at least 40 pounds you need to lost, and thats if youre fairly tall. Just run 3 miles a day and you should lose some, and if you think thats too hard then you really deserve to be fat.
gain means to weigh more. when you want to loose more weight you say loose more. Ok so if I stwich the words... control your eating habits. Dont get fast foods!! That makes it even worse. If you want to get in shape excersize, play a sport, go on a diet. One time I turned into a vegitarian for just a week and lost 5 pounds!! You should try that!!

Well duh fast food! Don't eat that stuff, its LOADED with Trans fat and you cant lose Trans Fat, once it gets in you it stays in there. If you want to eat out go to like apple Bees or Subway or a place like that, and start exercising if you want to stay alive ( I don't mean this at all as a threat). If you keep what your doing up you could die soon of a heart attack so do this exercise, don't eat Deserts for a couple months, and NO more fast food if you want to stay alive longer do this!
If you want to gain weight just keep on doing what you're doing. If you want to lose weight, eat healthier and exercise.
