Do You Think Its Possible For Me To Loose About A Stone && Tone Up In 3-4 Weeks?


Question:
Im 15 About 5.3ish In Height I Weigh About 9Stone.
I Want To Get down to about 8.2 In 3-4Weeks && Also tone up.

On a morning i eat A Fruit salad
&& In Between if im hungry i normaly just drink water or have a ceral bar. Till My Dinner, Then I Have Salad With Fish or Chicken. I do drink loads of water && I Go to the swimming baths twice a week && Exercise for atleast an hour or 2 hours everyday. I Drink Warm Water && Lemon Every Morning To. Do you think it could work if i stick to it??

Oh && Do any of you have some good tips for loosing weight from the inner thighs??

Surely you don't need to lose any weight? 9 stone sounds about right for your height. Keep up the good work with your exercise though.
wow. id stick to that diet.

maybe increase your ammount of exercise, or the type of exercis you do?

running will be good for the thighs or step ups because theyre easier and just as effective.

sit up and stuff will also help you tone up, id stick to what your doing. it will work!

Im not sure if its possible but I dont think it would be very healthy to try!!

Targets have to be realistic or you may become despondent.
And, I fear, that amount of weight loss in such a short period could be so.

Keep a diary (if you do not already do so) of your weight and height and observe the chart on a regular basis, say every 5 days. As long as the line slopes downwards over the period then you are on course.

You do not mention lunch. Do try and have something light during the lunch period. As you are 15 you may not be into alcohol.Avoid it if at all possible - difficult with peer pressure. And stay off drugs.

it sounds a rigid exercise routine & your body needs to have a day off to recover every now and then or you wont be getting the most of it.U cant lose weight from a specific body area but a really good inner thigh exercies is to lie on your side & bend the top leg so the heel and foot are resting on the floor. keep the bottom leg straight & the foot flexed & lift & your leg slowly as far as you can go then lower, do as many times as you can & build up. defiintely gives you defined muscle! good luck .
well its not impossible. i was overweight when i was 15 then i was diagnosed with diabetis. as soon as i went on my diet i had to eat at certain times and do plenty of exercise. the diet i was put on is the same diet that everyone should be on and not just for diabetics. by right the calorie intake for a man is 2500calories a day for men and 2000 for women. well anyway when i followed the insrutions the docters gave me i lost 1and a half stone in a week. ask your doc for a diet sheet. give it a try and goodluck.
Yes, wake up in the morning and don't eat or drink anything and go for a 50-60 minute walk, do this mon-fri and you will loose more than a stone and you don't even have to watch how much you eat as long as you don't stuff your self with chocholates and rubbish.
Be sensible, drop your calories a bit and begin to take regular, vigorous exercise. Keep it up for the rest of your life and you will not only loose weight, but you will look better and be fitter.
