Is desert burn hoodia actually good to help in losing weight? it hasn't been approved by the fda..?

FDA approval doesn't mean anything. First off they do not approve any natural supplements, which is what Desert Burn is. I think the FDA is just a tool for the big drug companies. Look at their latest approval the diet pill "Alli". The FDA approved this horrible drug based on a clinical study where the people who tested it only lost 1 pound per month, that's barely effective in my opinion. They also knew in advance of approving it that Alli has some seriously nasty side effects. Alli works by blocking some of the fat normally digested by the intestine. But the gross thing is guess where the fat ends up? The side effects include diarrhea, anal leakage, Fatty/oily stool, oily spotting, intestinal gas with discharge, bowel movement urgency, poor bowel control and headaches. Doesn't sound like fun to me, what are people suppose to do wear a diaper?
