How to get rid of bloating? beano is no help..plus i am not going to stop eating "gassy" food?

Question:
cuz it makes me really weak and unable to workout...so i want to eat everything but not get bloated

Answers:
What you should do is go to your doctor and get something to repare your stomach and then you should cut out the spicy food and eliminate eating too late and too early.
I used to have that problem and then I realized it was from artificial sweetner. Do you chew a lot of gum or drink diet pop? Once I cut out the gum all of the bloating and cramps went away.
i use gas-x . well the cheap version which is usally called "gas relief" it works great and in case you are wondering NO it does not make you pass gas
try gas-x i have always liked it
You can't get rid of that unless you will tame yourself. You got bloated because of your eating habit. Try to be choosy in eating foods. Those with low calories.
Try taking Gas-X after meals. It is sold over the counter at any WalMart or drug store.
portion control is also something you have to keep in mind.
and artificial sweeteners are one of the causes of this problem (low calorie doesnt always mean healthier)
