If u want to lose weight start exercising like jogging, cycling,swimming, skipping and cut sugar and carbs from ur diet as its equally important, its as simple as that.If u do this regularly there is no reason that u will not lose weight unless u have any medical problem.I lost 2 kgs in 15 days though i was not at all fat and i used to do jogging only for 20 minutes daily.
Do these exercises (called 8 minute workouts on youtube) regularly and correctly and u will see the results.

Learn to eat right, excercise, and love yourself?
i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can't find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.
drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etc
only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well
for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
Thats too easy. diet and exercise. start by kicking that garbage suagr water known as soda to the curb, go with water. then start eating healthy, then start an exercise program, walk, run bicycle, elliptical machine. many things to do, and dont eat after 6pm!
Without putting your health & life in serious jeopardy I don't think there's any way you can lose that much weight in such a little time. I'm not sure how old you are, but your metabolism might have changed and you don't burn fat as much as you used to. Alot of girls who were thin in elementary and jr high school find that once their period starts...their metabolism slows or changes. The first thing you have to do is look at what you've been eating. Keep a food diary and write down everything you eat.even if you only eat one nut. Once you see what you're eating you can change the habits. For instance...if you eat a lot of bread...you might want to limit it to one helping a day. Leave the fried foods/fast foods alone and eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Instead of a heavy dressing...when eating a salad.use (lightly) some oil and vinegar. Turn off the t.v.hang up the cell phone...turn off the computer and go outside. Walking is a great way to burn off calories..walk briskly at least 20 minutes per day. You may also want to join an aquatics aerobics class at your local Y.
If you are really interested (it seems you are) you should practice PRANAYAMS (breathing exercises) regularly and seriously. If possible under the supervision of someone who is really good at it. These are very simple exercises but must be practiced religiously. For best results you should practice these empty stomached early morning and in the afternoon/evening but never within 5 hours of any major meals.You will most certainly love the result.
