yes that is a good weight... you can search bmi on google and type in your height and exact weight and it will tell you if you are at a healthy weight or not. i am pretty sure that you are.
yeah thats good but my mom weighs 115 and she is 43
and i weigh 75 and i am 12 so its ok
*if ur fat is flappy then thats bad but if its buff and toned then its good
eat the right foods and exersise alot
get into running my familey is into running thats why all of us r thins and toned and (the boys buff)
