Snack Attack! Help!?

For the rest of the day I get pretty bored, and around 4:30 I always seem to snack like crazy and crave everything. Any tips?

well thats normol you get hungry sometimesss so you eat just when you have snacks in between meals make sure there healthy you can have a jew (candy) kind of snacks once in a wile but not to many

Sounds like your blood sugar is dropping to much. Eat low G I foods and more protein for breakfast and lunch

Sounds more like you are snacking too much, earlier in the day. You need 6 small balanced meals to keep your metabolism up and fuel for your body.
well have you seen on tv the add for kashi bars they are really good and fill me up why dont you try them ,they come in a bunch of different taste like thier trail mix bar and peanut one ect. but the stuff in them never keeps me bored

I have almost the same eating habit/routine as you. I think the reason behind mine was the smartone's didnt really fill me up with the nutrition and protein that I needed, leaving me really hungry right before dinner time. When I would eat something more filling for lunch like a sandwich or something or even add a side salad to the Smartone's I wouldn't be as hungry later. You are also probably hungry because you just worked out and about an hour after you work out, you tend to crave carbs and such to replace what you lost during your workout.
Try these snacks that will give you more protein and fiber and keep you fuller longer:
celery with peanut butter
air-popped popcorn
dry cereal in a trail mix (chex, cherrios, kix)
baked tortilla chips with salsa
1/2 a peanut butter & jelly sandwich
low fat smoothie with fresh fruits and yogurt
granola bar such as luna, pria, or balance
low-fat cheese
graham crackers
low-fat ice cream , frozen yogurt, or sorbet
homemade fruit parfait (use strawberries, yogurt, and nuts)
carrots and light ranch dip
fat-free chocolate pudding
sugar free JELLO cup
caramel apples
mini flavored quaker rice cakes
Triscuit crackers
veggie wrap
pretzels
a cup of strawberries with light whipped cream
