well i do runnin everday but i wonder and just thinking is it better to run in the morning like when your getting up from bed and just start runnin in the treadmill. someitmes i do runnin before i go to sleep so whats good?

Morning or late noon is the best. At night little less gd because night weather could make you sick / ill.
In the morning. It will boost your metabolism so you will burn more and have more energy all day. Also, exercise gets your blood pumping and makes you more alert so if you do it right before bed you may have problems falling asleep.
