I have two eight-pound dumbbells, what's the best way to use them?

For your biceps : Bicep curl (standing and sitting), hammer curl.
Triceps: One-arm dumbbell row
Chest: Dumbell bench press, dumbbell fly
You will be toning your muscles because you will be able to obviously lift eight pounds numerous times. Do 3 sets or maybe a fourth for each exercise, and don't forget about pushups. If your bored with your dumbbells, have your workout one day consist of 20 sets of pushups.
For muscle, you're going to want to increase your protein and carbs in your diet.
