Nausea after a workout?

Question:
I recently started working out again and everytime I come home after a cardio work out I feal extremely nauseous to the point where I sometimes vomit.

I'm eating right, am I pushing myself too hard? I think i'm taking it easy and starting slow. Maybe i'm not eating right and neglecting a certain vitamin in my diet?

Is there anything I can take to make it go away?

Answers would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
When i was first working out i took it too far, so after i felt extremely sick and dizzy especially after a cardio workout. It's because your body isn't used to all this strenuous activity, your heart-rate goes up, blood pressure, etc...

Yes you should take it slower and gradually build up your endurance and strength. Vitamins do help, but overall it hardly has an affect on why your nauseous, unless all you do is eat junk foods.

When this happened to me I went to my car or some where that was comfortable where i could lay down for 15 minutes. Then i slowly drank water and closed my eyes and relaxed my body. And after 20 minutes i felt better. It will go away eventually, but its best to slow your routine down a notch.
take it easy. ur heart probably could not take it and pump enuf oxygen to the brain. dey r suffocating!! tats y u feel nauseous. get enuf rest so tat when sleeping brain can take in oxygen to 'repair' ur body
mayb push urself a little less but i think thats normal until u get used to it and that might take awhile
You should drink more water before and after exercise.
