1 best exercise for each body part for circuit training?

Even if you do one exercise for each body part per workout, I wouldn't do the same exercise for that body part each workout, maybe alternate at least between two. Here are some of the best:
Back - Chinups (wide grip), bent barbell rows
Shoulders - Military press, arnold presses
Chest - Flat bench, incline bench
Triceps - Dips, skull crushers
Biceps - Barbell bicep curl, dumbbell hammer curls
If you want to do legs (probably a good idea) Squats and leg press.
Just a thought - I would do chest before shoulders, and not do triceps right after chest. For example chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps
Are you sure you want to do just one exercise? :-)
Back- Rows
Shoulders- Shoulder presses
Chest- Incline presses
Triceps- kickbackss
Biceps- Concentration curls
Don't forget your legs!
Squat
Clean
Press
Chinup
Deadlift
Do those and you will see growth.
