I want to have a tummy tuck?

Question: i am 22 i have yet to have kids but i have skin and fat in my loxer abs the "hang over" i am little over weight do to PCOS that has been corrected. I would like to have kids later but i want to have a flat tummy would u reccommend this or lipo? please serious answers only
