Its ok to eat once a day right?

Question:
I cant afford 3 meals a day, so for the past 4 months I've just been eating once a day. I've never fallen sick or feel any different. I don't have to worry about it, do I? I mean I have bigger problems to deal with, like finding a job.

Answers:
Instead of eating one meal a day. Eat a couple of snacks for the whole day. Buy a can of almonds and some fruit. Then drink a lot of water to keep the nutrients flowing.
Its not really the best for you, for most it makes them gain weight or limits the amount of nutrients you get in day. If you must, take a supplement, or spread your one big meal out. Eating once a day, slows your metabolism, makes your body think it's starving, that's why most put weight on.
It seems to be ok.
It's okay if you're taking in all the calories you need during that time. Otherwise you're starving yourself.
