Low carb dieters-What's your typical day of eating like?


Question:
I'm about 10 lbs. over weight and looking to lose those 10 lbs. in a month (im 5 ft, 120 lbs.) What do you normally eat in a day?

Do you think that it is possible with a low carb diet to lose these 10 lbs.?

Will I gain it back?

Answers:
I lost a lot of weight on a low carb diet. However, It's so hard staying away from Pasta, rice, and potatos. Basically, anything white you need to stay away from.

Once you get it out of your system, you'll be fine.

Hard boiled eggs in the morning, chicken salad for lunch, and meat with veggies for dinner. Use splenda instead of sugar and don't bother with Soy Flour...Ewwww!

Don't bother with low carb bars either, they are just nasty! YUK

when your limited to only 30 grams of carbs a day its tuff find meal ideas. basically your stuck eating meats and eggs. usually i eat 12 hard boiled eggs, chicken , a lot of beef, hmm.and thats it. it sucks but it works.
