I dont think there is any perfect weight for you.An okay wieght would be about 135 - 140.If you feel that you are heavy, start doing push ups and set ups.Turn that fat into muscle.If you put your mind to it, you can do it.
First, its probably somewhere around 115-120. And despite what the other answer said, you cant turn fat into muscle.
