Do you know any low fat and calorie food that can fill me up so I stop?

Answers:
If you're going to be eating an item that you usually overeat- you need to put a serving size on a plate and eat it. For example- with cereal or chips- never eat out of the box or bag- it will all be gone before you know it. On a plate, you're sending an extra signal to your head - you plainly see the size of your serving and you know that your meal is complete when the plate is empty. The best thing to do with a food craving is to not give in at all. They do pass after 15 mins - you just have to get past that. Call up a friend, go for a walk, do housework, chew sugarless gum, drink water, take a shower, or brush your teeth. The cravings you are having may not be because you're hungry. People eat out of boredom, guilt, way to feel emotionally better- a multitude of reasons. It takes a while to train your body to eat only because you are hungry. For low calorie- low fat foods- pick natural items- raw vegetables and fruit.

i know that feeling. Where nothing is enough 4 u. Surprisingly this happened to me yesterday. um. go to www.foodnetwork.com and check out some recipes on there.
You should try eating smaller portions every 2 1/2 hour- 3 hours. This will prevent you from over eating. Have you tried any of the Honey cereals?- Honey nut cheerios, honey bunches of oats, honey nut clusters. Also you can try to have the honey nut cereal bars, they are low fat with a touch of honey. Hope this helps!
eat low fat food and try not to eat pizza , 2 slices of pizza equals as much calories as a cheeseburger, and if you chew your food and eat slowly it fills you up more, and drink alot of water when you have cravings.
Sounds like you have carb addiction. Your body craves the sugar and starches uncontrollably. If you can get through 3 days just eating protein and low glycolic veggies that should break the cycle and you Will regain control. Hope this helps
This probably means that you're starving yourself (mentally and physically) and then eating like crazy. This is especially not good for you because your body goes into starvation mode and slows your metabolism way down, so you're really doing a disservice to your diet. Just eat normally just cutting a little back at each meal and exercise. If your body does this to you, that means that you're depriving your body too much.
First diet foods are made to make you crave more food since the food companies want you to buy more, so buy unprocessed food. But it also sounds like you are overfed and undernourished (vitamins do not help). See site below on how green drinks help with this.
Usually food cravings happen when your body is in very short supply of something that it needs and somehow it knows which foods come with a high concentration of that substance. For instance, several months ago I was very ill and was put on several kinds of medications. A few weeks into it I got one horrific craving for alcohol. Normally I don't drink any alcoholic beverages at all, so this was really strange for me. I ended up joining a wine club for a month and drank a bottle of wine every 2 days. It turns out one of the medications had made my blood sugar sky high and my body knew that alcohol would lower the blood sugar level. How bizarre. When my blood sugar level returned to normal the craving for the alcohol ended just as quickly as it came.

You might want to consider taking a daily multivitamin with minerals. There may be something in the honey that your body needs and it knows it can find it there. If your appetite is getting the better of you try the Apple Patch diet. It's an herbal patch that you wear for 3 days at a time and it releases a steady amount of appetite suppressants. It works. I've been using it for a month now and have really noticed a difference in my eating habits. Plus I'm losing those extra pounds without feeling hungry all the time.
