What exercises would I do to get defined arms?

here try this out. do 3 sets of 15 for each exercise. do it once a week. your will see results in 10 days.
1.dumbell curls
2. reverse grip curls
3. tricep extentions
4. kickbacks
chest press
shoulder press
lat raises

It depends on what your arms look like now. Are they thin with little to no muscle or flabby with some muscle? If they are already thin, chin-ups, any press, and curls would work. If flabby, you would need to lose some general body fat as well.
