How ever much you can take, keep pushing yourself to your limits, rest, then keep pushing. In a couple of days you will start to feel and see the results.
I would liek to say as well keep pushing yourself to the limit, but that isn't really healthy.
I would start with a nce 10 minute run one week with raise the limit by 5 minutes. Before you know it you will be reunning two hours a day!
This will help you a lot with your cardio!
DONT FORGET TO STRETCH before you run, if you get hurt you will be out for 1 week then you will have to restart your running all over again from the beginning.
