Weight loss is a VERY simple solution: Calories in, calories out.

If you take in more calories than go out, you WILL gain fat. If you take in less calories than go out, you WILL lost fat. If you take in the same number that go out, you WILL stay the same.

I went to the movies last night... I was very intrigued as to what I saw. First, there was a five ten-person lines for food and drink. To even be IN the movies, without food and drink, is unhealthy because you just sit and don't do anything.
Next, I see a ten person line for BUTTER! People are obsessed with weight loss, yet MUST put butter on their 100 gram fat popcorn. POPCORN by ITSELF, is incredibly fatty (up to 100 grams for a medium) , yet people MAKE the decision to feed FAT into their body... Well, I'm sorry to say, there is NO way to lose that fat without excersing or burning the calories off somehow... If there WAS A WAY, we'd ALL be doing it... And there would NOT be gyms in America! My last incredible scene was that I saw a family, they were about average size, a mother, a father, a grandpa. two teens, and one kid (10 yrs) and one post-toddler (4-5 yrs.) They were also in line for butter!! Each one had a medium popcorn (even the TODDLER!!!) and they ALL smuthered their pocprn with LARD> What an example to give the young toddler--That's all I can say...

Btw, you CAN eat greasy burgers or buttered popcorn, if you BURN it off... Go to a gym and there are MANY options to figure it out... Just don't eat the burger every night... Like once every two weeks is PERFECTLY fine!
Try eating only fruit and drinking only water for 3 days, this WILL help, do it twice over the month, and it will also detox your body, also exercise.

I bet you're already a fine weight, and to be honest, if you lose that much that quickly, you'll proberly put it back on in no time
The cabbage Soup Diet will have you down 13 lbs. in 2 weeks. If you can stomach it for one month straight, that would be my vote. Just Google "Cabbage Soups Diet" and follow it faithfully.
10kg is too much to be losing in the space of a single month. To maximise your weight loss you should try cutting carbohydrates out of your diet completely. This is unhealthy but if its just for one month you will be ok.

Don't even try it. You will ruin your body. Whatever the occasion, it is not worth the risk. Just cut junk food and go for long term solutions.

I have been on a diet called Kimkins. It's basically a lean, low carb diet. Simple rules-
Eat lots of protein, very low carbs.
Calories will fall into place, if you follow those two rules.
Most people lose between 10-13 pounds in the first week, then 3-4 pounds a week after wards.
Eat things like: eggs, chicken, lean pork,green veggies,
Whey protein shakes, and protein puddings.

Be sensible, drop your calories a bit and begin to take regular, vigorous exercise. Keep it up for the rest of your life and you will not only loose weight, but you will look better and be fitter.
Here is what I am going to do twice every week (this diet was created by the British Heart Foundation)...

Day 1:
B - Half a grapefruit (no sugar), 1 slice of toast & 2tsp of peanut butter.
L - 4oz of tuna & 1 slice of toast.
D - 2 slices of any cold meat, 1 cup of green beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple & 4oz ice cream.

Day 2:
B - 1 egg, 1 slice of toast & half a banana.
L - 4oz cottage cheese & 5 saltine crackers
D - 2 hot dogs, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, half a banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

Day 3:
B - 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.
L - 1 hard boiled egg & 1 slice of toast.
D - 4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz broccoli, half a melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

And then do plenty of exercise.

All the people that say 'hotdogs & ice cream? I so bet you added that yourself you fat person' I didn't. It came with the diet.

It should make you lose 10lbs in 3 days. My Grandma has tested it and said it workes & she proved it to me.
