Question:
Whatever happened to plain and simple,

"Eat right and excercise"ing??

now theres special diets where you can create your fave foods but "healthier" and they still taste "good"

and diets where you just eat lots and lots of carbs!

i mean i really dont know a lot of them, as i am 13. but seriously!! its SO SIMPLE! eat right! go jog!!

does this not work anymore? me confused!

We're all confused about this as well. But this is what happens in such a quick fix society that we live in.

People don't want to put in the effort so they want a pill to take that will lose the weight for them. Such a thing doesn't exist but it doesn't stop them asking for it anyway.

People don't want to put in the effort to eat right every day so they eat like pigs, then go on a diet to lose the weight they gained by eating like pigs. Portion control and proper diet would have taken care of this and they could have had the occasional treat without feeling guilty about it.

And then those that go out and get a gym membership wind up quitting two weeks later because they don't see a difference in their waistline. Well here's a newsflash for you, you're not going to see it after 2 weeks. These things take time and the more weight you have the smaller the difference you will see in your size.
