Tips for establishing a morning workout routine?

Question:
i used to exercise in the morning before work, but lately, i've been working late and haven't been able to wake up in time. the result is that i workout in the PM, but that's erratic due to my energy level and work schedule. i need to get back on track. any tips/ideas how to motivate myself back into that routine, even if i'm dog tired when I wake up?

Answers:
i know exactly what you feel. i have the same problem. i use to run 3 miles every morning last year. I've changed mu job and now it is very hard to wake up in the morning. that is why i'm trying to eat helthy : plenty of protein, good complex carbs, vegetables and fruit. i also take a multivitamin (it is a daily sport supplement from gnc).all this helps to boost my energy levels and keep them up throughout the day.
try not to drink too much alcohol anf if you smoke - quit,

also when i wake up i immediatly wash my face with cool water, so i don't go back to the bed.

try to find work out buddy, so you can exercise together and keep each other motivated.

goodluck and stay fit
I absolutely love to start my morning with a nice walk or speed walk, even when I'm tired. It helps me wake up and gets me moving for the day!
