Whoever does 6 small meals a day, what do you eat in your meals?

Question:
Can you just tell me the meals you eat, when you eat them, your success with it, etc?

thanks xoxo

Answers:
1. A tuna sandwich on whole grain. Might seem weird, but I put a ton of veggies in it and it's very satisfying. The protein is a good jumpstart. I use half a can of tuna for it.

2. Ideally, a serving or two of fruit, but it often ends up being veggies. Dunno why.

3. Five or six vegetable crackers and after a little bit, a serving of veggies.

4. A serving or so of veggies or fruit.

5. My second big meal. If I'm at work, it might be a low fat frozen meal, though I try to avoid that whenever possible. They're still not great for you. Often I'll have the other half of the tuna with celery sticks or just plain. And, of course, more veggies/fruit.

If I'm home, however, I'll have fish (either sole or salmon), some sort of grain, a medley of green beans, wax beans, and carrots (dunno why, but I love that), another sort of cooked vegetable, and maybe something raw like salad or fresh cut veggies.

6. I get hungry before bed, so I might have a few crackers and a fruit or veggie serving.

And looking over it, it sounds absolutely absurd. I'm fairly certain I eat under 1100 calories a day, which can't be good for me. But I find it's really all I need to get through the day. *shrug*

As for success, I've only been eating like this a few weeks. But I've lost some weight and my general health has been improving greatly, so I must be doing something right.
I do that sometimes but I just eat smal stuf like macoroni and cheese, or tuna, or ramen or something. It works pretty well. I only eat when I start to get hungry, so that could be anytime. No set time for meals really.
You eat any healthy things that you would combine into 3 meals only separate them. For example you may have toast when you first get up in the morning then fruit later on, maybe a salad for lunch and half a tuna sandwich at 2pm. Then at 5 a main entree type food and veggie and at 8 mashed potatoes or rice or bowl of cereal. Its all about being near the kitchen though so if you work at an office its harder. Im not sure if you are doing this for weight management or not . I just do it because it works for satisfying hunger and giving stable level of energy
