Does start exercising at the age of 14 using dumbbells and barbells stops your height from increasing?

Question:
I heard that..need your opinion

Thanx.

Answers:
Well, I have researched this in the past also. There is this thing in your lower back called the epidermis or something. It regulates your growth. Suffice to say, if you strain your lower back you should stop. Squats are definatly a no no. There are ways you can use dumbells inorder to illimenate back strain. I am 16 and I have started using them. I have an ab machine so i use that as a bench and sit or lie on it and do dumbells that way. You can also rest your elbow on your kneee and do bicep curls. You should be fine as long as the weights arent too massive. If you start getting a sore lower back you will need to stop otherwise it will stunt your growth

if u have any questions feel free 2 email me.
I guess you will believe anything you hear.
No, weight training does not stunt your growth. It's just one of those things mothers make up when they don't want you to do something
at your age it is a perfect time to take advantae of your hormones so go hit the weights and see your body explode with muscle.
I don't think so!
nope. but it willll make you stronger!!<33
No i work out to and i'm 14 and i know it doesnt
