I don't have time to prepare alot of food but i need to gain 20 lbs in the next 45 days .?

Is there one dish I can prepare that will give me the correct amount of protein carbs and fat I need a day that taste good and will help me put on some quick muscle mass I am at 161 and I need to be at 180 in 45 days . I take creatine Glutamine omega 3 a multi vitamin t - bomb 2 gakic anator p-70 anaplodan a good nitrix supplement but i need something i can prepare on monday in large amounts and eat it 6 times a day to where i dont have to get up and cook and be in the kitchen all day .
