Lean meat/protein diet + veg and fruit?

So basically I am cutting out carbs like breads, cakes, biscuits etc.
Is this a good diet?
can you loose weight from it? Or is there no point in cutting out carbs like breads if im eating carbs in the fruit + veg? thanks.

this is perfect. you are correct in cutting out breads,cakes, etc.. you dont want to eat anything with flour when dieting. eat your meats ,fruits and veggies. you have it planned out perfect. your gonna lose at least 15-20 lbs a month. good luck
You will need some carbs or you will get hungry and start grabbing snacks you would not normally eat.
But make them heatlthy carbs like whole grain breads. just stay away from the sugery carbs. 70% of your calories should come from a WIDE vairety of fruits and plants. Colorful fruits and berries are best and dark green leafy veges, carrots and other yellow choices, and peas are a perfect little food, but don't forget to eat vegetables and plants, you are not used to eating... (aloe vera based foods and drinks are very good for you) to get the variety we need to repair body function. top it all off with plenty of water.
NEVER skimp on the carbs. Carbs are teh bodies main source of energie. Instead, eat only whole grain stuff. Whole grains are VERY good for you. Besides that, you sound like you are eating well.
