Tips to get tall easily and quickly?

Question:
do you know any tips for me to get taller? i want to be at least 183cm (6'0") when i grow up. i start eating alot of carbs and protein and i stretch when i wake up and after and before working out in the gym. other than that, anymore tips?

Answers:
Are you crazy? You grow as fast as you will grow and no faster. You will be as tall as your genes let you be and no taller. The only possible exception would be if you had suffered from severe malnutrition as a child, but that is unlikely. Are either of your parents over six feet? If not then forget about it.

There are no "tall" foods and no "tall" activities. Just eat a good balanced diet and you will be as tall as you can be.
hmm...

CEREAL

buut height has alot to do with your genes

other than that, you should drink milk or calcium supplement, get a lot of sleep, and eat healthy especially...and what come around comes around
Not that u can do much except eating well more particularly protein food but do not exceed the daily quota of 1g per kg weight.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:
