Want to tone up before going on hols =]?


Question:
ok so im a shorty (5'3:P) and i weight just under 7 stones. (44 kilograms) i am NOT underweight before anyone says. i am SHORT and a teen. yeah so i dont want people to say, oh you know your slim this is for people with real problems.. blah blah.. i just want to tone up a bit. thing is i have a flat-sh stomach but not totally flat. my fat doesnt go to my sides it goes to my stomach. i just want to make it super-flat. any ideas how i should go about it? by the way i DONT want muscles or a 6pack. just want a toned look.

The reason you have excess fat is because of the foods you eat...Eat foods with less fat. That should help. Plus, do a few sit ups. Trust me. A six pack is going to take a LOT more than few sit ups. 20- 30 a day would be good. Oh and swim and run. These two forms of exercise are great for burning fat. When all the fat is gone (burnt)...well...you're gonna look great (plus those sit ups will add a bit of texture (not muscle) to your stomach)...I won't be able to keep my eyes off you then.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
