I would like to lose weight.?

i want to lose weight. i am only about 5 feet and weigh about 179 lbs. that is too much for my height. i have tried diets but I dont really stick to them. if anyone knows how to lose weight please let me know. i want to be around 140, so that is more than 35lbs to lose. and what kind of exercise to lose weight fast. i go back to school in like 3 weeks, so i would like to lose inches from my thighs and waist by the time i go back.

a reallygood workout i do is called FIRM. my favorites are the BOOMERS. they are at home workout tapes . you can find them on NETFLIX. they work great and you dont really need to diet.!
Make sure you are only taking in between 2,000 and 2,500 calories per day. Watch the amount of fat and sugars in the foods you are eating. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Don't forget to exercise! Walk briskly or run. You won't be able to lose 35 pounds in three weeks. Make sure you are setting realistic goals for yourself. Good luck!
Try Weight Watchers. I lost 25lbs in 3 months. If you get past the first week, the rest is a breeze
If you are a disciplined person, go to join an exercise club. Join the aerobic class. If you need more help get a personal trainer.

If you not a disciplined person then you need to join something like weight watcher or something like that.
the best way that was useful for me is to eat less than always. i tried so many diets but this one was the best.
do 60 minutes on the treadmill.

eat 1,500 calories a day

cut out fast food, resturaunt food, all sodas and carbonated waters, and drink 8 oz. or more of water a day.
