Need help in loosing my thigh area, HELP…?
Question:
Its kind of like a muscle toner that reduces fat, it like ur exercising that part of the area, has anyone brought one?
Help, I don’t want to go back to anorexia or bulimia, nothing else helps…

Try getting off the computer and getting into a gym class, rowing or cycling is going to be good, at least 45 minutes 4 times a week, along with a healthy eating plan. Its really that easy.
Do people really think you can just buy a pill or a cream or machine that will remove your fat? Do you think anyone would be fat if this was the case!
The best thing for thighs is leg lifts. Lay on your back, and side, and stomach and with your knees bent and then not bent, do leg lifts. You can do this while watching tv or going to bed. Do ten at a time at first because it will burn, then rest and do ten more on the other side, and keep repeating in different positions. Jennifer

A good way of toning the thighs is using equipment u can buy from Argos. Buy some ankle weighs and a yoga ball. Use the Yoga ball for squats and ankle weights for side leg raises. Look them up or join a gym and any fitness instructor will give you a personalised prog. Hope it helps
Wrap ur thighs with saran wrap, when u work out. It will trim u down quicker, in the thigh area. A trick they use in beauty pageants.
