How the hell did my calf muscles get so big? Some how I have calf muscles that would envy men..?

Question:
How can I get rid of this..its not fat and im not fat anywhere..its just on my legs in the calf part theres a natural big muscle..HOW CAN I REDUCE THIS? I've been working but it only seems to make it bigger for some reason?? I've been using the sationary bike, treadmill, and stairclimber

Answers:
If you wear shoes with heels regularly they tend to build strong calf muscle. Kind of hard to get rid of muscle without it turning to flab. you may want to develop your upper legs so they seem more in proportion.

Also when you are on bike or stair climber if you are staying up on the balls of your feet you are working the calf. try changing and keeping your heels down to work the upper leg more take the workout off the calf and it will concentrate more on thigh and hamstring.
The only thing you can really do is not work them at all. Over time, they'll shrink. The exercising you've done probably did it. But there's nothing wrong with big calves.
cut the treadmill and stair climber...lol,work, moderate exercise 2-3 times a week, good diet, don't worry, things will improve, you will quit looking like the Hulk!
stretch your calves really well after every exercise you do and that will make the muscle leaner and less bulky.
