The best way that I've found to lose weight has been to watch my calorie intake and exercise. So I know that it sounds like something a doctor would tell you, but it truly works. I totally hear you on wanting to lose weight before you have kids, but it has to be a lifestyle change, don't just try to lose weight by some quick fix remedy. Trust me, I've been there.
