What can i add...?

Question:
ok so i just started to go to the gym to loose weight.
i stopped eating junk food and soda and all that stuff and now im just eating vegetables so i practically went vegetarian.
anywho i was wondering what is a good ingredient to add to the vegetables so that they wont taste so plain?

Answers:
i like to sautee green beans in a skillet with some scallions a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper
i like to add a bit of butter and salt and pepper to corn
i like to eat broccoli plain and raw, same with carrots, cucumbers, baby tomatoes
try BBQ sauce on baked potatoes

anything in moderation is o.k.
so, the butter on the corn...that's ok
if you completely deny yourself, then you will NEVER stick to this diet.
the idea is to eat well, forever.
so make choices that improve your diet and cut some calories, but don't deny yourself or else you will end up cheating!
You are such a fat cow, nothing could help you!
