Is it possible to lose 10 lbs. by September 3rd by doing this...?


Question:
Run every day at least 3 miles
Eat healthy
Weight training at least 3x a week
Pilates 20 mins

I am 5 ft. weigh 118 and need to get down (no "you're average please, because I'm in a highly competitive sport which requires you to be in top top shape).

The best way is to seriously set your aim to lose your weight. Good practice to do this think is not complex. Quantity and quality of food which you have eatten is the one key success factor. You need to select what you have to eat. Fresh vegetable and fruit are the best meal for you. Remember! do not let yourself be too starve...

Another important factor is to exercise at least three times a week and 30 minutes a time. What kind of sports should you play? It depends on your time, budget and favour.

In my opinion, running and aerobic dance are some kinds of exercise which is suitable for losing weight. Also, they are not too expensive.
If you have excess flab, you'll be able to lose that. But overall, the weight training and pilates might make you lose a few pounds, but you can even gain some weight by turning it into muscle. (Which is never a bad thing)

Will you be able to lose 10 lbs in 1 month? Highly doubtful. I'll say you'll lose 5 lbs, and gain some muscle weight in the process.

I wouldn't recommend running every day. But if you're trying to be in tip top shape - I'm guessing you already know physically what your body can handle.
you cant lose 10lbs in 4 weeks by doing exercises like you do unless you got a terrible disease or used slimming pills. but keep up with your exercises results will be seen but not so soon like you want it.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
